I had the unfortunate experience of working with Bagel Cohen and Falconetti, and it was a complete disaster. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism were evident from the very beginning. Not only did they fail to communicate effectively, but they also seemed disinterested in my case. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them, and when I did, they provided vague and unhelpful responses, they reply in weeks, even months. Furthermore, their lack of knowledge and expertise in workers' compensation law is glaringly obvious. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any real dedication to my case. I would strongly advise anyone in need of workers' compensation representation to steer clear of Bagel Cohen and Falconetti. They are without a doubt the worst attorneys I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Bunch of RICE N BEANS / MEX ready to fill ur head w/ empty promises.. At first ur adrenal will be pump up because they talk a good one.. You will be side track by the political aspect of all the high end poster child spitting all the good stuff u want to hear.. But as soon as the opposing party INSURANCES GUYS confront the little guy's Lawyer they fold under pressure.. All talk no bite.. These are ur typical rats in plain sight Dont trust them w/ ur case especially if its a sure case w/ evidence.. Go to the hood where u live n find counsel because they dont care bout if u win or lose Its All bout CAP to keep they name relevant .. They barely speak proper English.. All they high cases are base on foreigners... .Period So they can use that status as new advocacy thing in NYC .. They been trying to over sea the little guys w/ fancy location all fake for Caps.. 👀👀👀
