I was then given to Lina Domingiez, who picked up my case with where it left off without a hiccup and further my progression and even going beyond and making sure I'm always informed and making sure things are taken care of with my workers' compensation case. I'm very grateful to Lina she's one of the best.

Still my lawyers so wait until everything is over but so far there solid

Trusted and competent workers comp firm dedicated to their work and clients.

We hired this law firm to help navigate treatment for an injury that I sustained on a work trip. At first they were proactive when a paralegal named Chiara was on my case, but after she left, I noticed a decrease in attentiveness for my case. For starters I was never informed that Chiara left, I learned about it when I received an automatic response after emailing her. After she left, I was never assigned to another paralegal so things fell through the crack, like informing me that I needed to get a new exam every 30 days if workers comp didn’t approve a procedure and that one of my court hearings for treatment ended up being cancelled. I would have to text Jeff repeatedly for updates and it was only when I got my personal injury lawyers involved that he’d respond. Because of the decrease in proactivity here and their inability to communicate with the legal team at my doctor’s office, my treatment ended up getting delayed for longer than it should have and I ultimately had removed them from my case and move in a different direction.

I retained this firm in February 2019 for my worker’s compensation case, there was an attorney named Brandon S Clark who handled my workers compensation case in this firm. Somehow this firm and Brandon S Clark did a Section 32 in my workers compensation case. I only settled indemnity for wages from my previous last employer South Ferry Development Corp and left my medical open for treatments. When I received my entire workers compensation records from WCB that is how I found out about the fraudulent Section 32 that is where I found out they forged my signatures in documents for the Section 32 I never went to workers compensation court in front of a WCLJ for any Section 32. I tried addressing this with two attorneys from this firm but they are covering up what they did and is denying that they did a Section 32 my proof is from WCB records. This firm and attorneys does not care about injured workers and their family or protecting the rights of injured workers, they care about fraudulently filling their pockets with injured workers compensation.

Was injured at work.I got stabbed by my boss with a 16 inch sushi knife!Cut tendons through hand and 2 fingers and knuckles.Long story short,I was given they're word that if there were permanent damage that he would pursue. Lies!!Cannot be trusted!The response to this was given now and not at the time of first interview!!!Lie s!And why would any treatment be stopped in the first place?!!

One of the worst institution, I have ever seen. They are too slow when it comes to work on people case and most of these attorneys don’t respond accordingly. If you have options take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other better places then these guys.
