This lawyer is horrible only communicate and Call when u have to appear in court. Works with the DA always late whenever have to be in court . Don’t give you enough information when comes to your case. If your case is small time like stealing candy from a store he is prefect.

One of the worse think I ever did was hiring this lawyer I ask for my file because he wasn't doing his job.never recieved it .never answered call even 12 am he's at count 7 days a week .only free time he got it's when payments due.

미국에 와서 많은 고생끝에 처음으로 작은 부동산이라도 사려고 이곳저곳을 다니던중 정말 아무것도 몰랐던 때라 롱아일랜드이 주유소와 자동차정비 를 사려고 했었다. 그때 Mr. Ingber 를 hire 했었는데 아무것도 모른는 우리가 딱했는지 계약을 하러 갔을때 한참을 이것저것 설명을 해주면서 이 Property 는 사지 않는 것이 좋겠다고 진지하게 조언을 해주었었다. 그때는 몰랐었는데 지금 생각해보니 변호사님의 말이 맞았고 다른 부동산을 구입해서 좋은 결과를 가진게 되었다. 그후 25여년이 지난후 건축업자에게 사기를 당하고 매우 어려움이 있을때 우리에게 사기를 친 건축업자가 우리 부동산의 사겠다고(이러지도 저러지도 못하도록 코너로 몰아넣고는) 오퍼를 넣으면서 십만불의 체크를 가지고 왔다. 중개인은 막무가내로 빨리 한인변호사를 선임하라고 하면서 자기가 잘 아는 변호사를 쓰라고 하였지만 내가 믿을수 있는 변호사는 이분이었기에 오랜만에 가서 인사를 하고 설명을 하였더니 이것을 받으면 공사도 못하고 건물도 팔지 못하게 된다고 하면서 직접 건축업자의 변호사에게 전화를 걸어서 이 거래는 할수없다고 알려주었다. 바로 그날 건축업자는 오전 11시에 체포가 되었었고 우리가 변호사를 만난시간은 오후3시였는데 상대방 변호사나 중개인은 모두 우리에게 거짓말을 하고 있었던 것인데 변호사님의 지혜로 우리를 구해주셨다. 언제나 고마운 마음을 가지고 있다. 이분이 아니었다면 우리는 이미 파산이 되었을 것이지만 결정적인 순간에 제대로 된 조언을 주심을 감사드린다. 변호사님 감사합니다.
