Atty. Nick and his staff was very helpful in preparing us in every step of the way since my CR1 journey 4years ago. This firm was exceptional!!! Worth every penny. My wife and I had a unique case that we were both concerned about. The law office took our case and my wife received her green card in record time. We couldnt be happier with the service that was provided by the firm. They walked us through every step and question we had along the way. The process is very stressful at first but i convinced my fiance adams to hire Sir Nick Caraquel because of possitive feedback about him. And since then,Sir Nick handle our case it was really smooth and very organized about the paper works even on coaching before interview .without him we probbably messed up. First, let me say YES, I would strongly recommend Mr. Caraquel for any of your immigration needs. His ability to ask all relevant questions and measure the needs of your specific case during the initial consultation, allows him to define and outline the realistic needs and expectation of your individual case. This allows him to provide the client with a clear overview of their case and how he will proceed forward in his legal assistance for your case. My wife and I wanted to be able to start the process for her U.S. residency after having run into an issue the previous time that she had visited the U.S. Mr Caraquel was very informative of what our options would be from a legal perspective. To be honest, as someone who is always checking and confirming things to the best of my ability, I did a lot of research about the things that Mr. Caraquel told me in our initial consultation. After independently verifying what he had told us, we chose to hire his services for our immigration journey. And I could not be happier with that choice. Mr. Caraquel and his office provided all of the necessary forms in a very professional, well defined, and easy to follow packet. Information and guidance on all areas of my wife's Adjustment of Status were clearly stated verbally and with helpful notes throughout the paperwork. I must admit, we probably asked the same questions and brought up the same concerns a hundred times during the process, but Mr. Caraquel was always available with a quick, reassuring answer for us. When a USPS mailing mistake caused the loss of one of the USCIS letters (and a lot of worry on our part), Mr. Caraquel explained it's relevance at the moment and rectified it by having it resent and mitigating any issues that it may have caused. From day one, through the day of my wife's immigration interview (APPROVED) and beyond, Mr. Caraquel has been a very valuable asset to myself and my wife.
