Don't go here!!! Unless you just like to give money to people who dont know what they are doing or dont just care anymore about helping you because they already got all their fees upfront. I went to this office because of a referral from my wifes friend. When we first went in this office, i felt like just walking out and i should have listened to myself. We came all the way from NJ to see this lawyer. The place was so outdated, wires and extensión cords all over the place. The furniture was old and looks like it was on the street and they grabbed it for thier office. They had folders all over the place and looked unorganized. Well stupid us decised to go with Mr. Hong because my wifes friend said he was helping her family. To this day we never found out the status of our friends case. Well its been 1 year and all we got was a social security card for working puropses and fingerprinting. Thats all. We did get a letter in the mail saying that since we didnt provide the needed info out case is closed. What info? We provided all the info Mr. Hong and his staff asked us to present to them. Well there was a letter that supposingly was delivers to us and a copy to Mr. Hong. It was the letter that requested aditional info. We never got it and Mr. Hong says he never got it. If thats the case, he should have called or emailed the imigration that knowbody got a letter and instaed he says there nothing we can do about it, but only to file an appeal. Well then we said lets do it....well he said its going to be 800 for the imagration appeal and 1000 for him to file. Hes charging me when he didnt do anything about fighting our case and not providing the needed info in the first place. He said if you dont refile then hes done and have a nice day. I was furious and threw my credit card at him and walked out leaving my wife in there to finish up with the paperwork. Well the motion was filled out and with not many days left to delay, I find out he sent it out 5 days after we drive down on a saturday to fill this out asap while he waits days to send it. Well we were excited to get a letter from imagration about good news but instaed it was saying that the info sent was not complete and our case is denied. How can it be incorrect when Mr. Hong made sure we had everything. We called mr. Hong and he said theres nothing we can do and need to domeverytjing all over agian. If he thinks im using him again he is crazy. Now we have to find another lawerer and start this process all over again. Spending another $4-$5,000 and wait another year or 2 to get our green card. Dont go where, they dont know what they are doing.
