Denice is hard working and smart. She protects her clients and doesn't quit till the whole job is complete. And in some cases there's always more to the story.

Denice is definitely an attorney that I highly recommend, shes caring, time efficient n the "pitbull" you need to get the job done! She has always stepped up for me, I have used her every time I have needed someone and she has always done an amazing job!

After wasting time and money on other attorneys, I was referred to Attorney Hamm by a mutual friend. I had a difficult divorce with a difficult opposing lawyer. Ms. Hamm's professional handling of my case was in sharp contrast to any of the others I dealt with. She has a way of making a person feel completely at ease in her office when discussing sensitive issues. My emails and phone calls were responded to quickly and were attentive to my concerns. Attorney Hamm was always very conscious of what my costs were. We had upfront discussions about the risks and costs of each strategy for my case. At no time did I feel pushed a direction that wasn’t solely in my best interest. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Attorney Hamm is the best person I could have had for my matter. My now ex-husband did everything he could to make my matter difficult and expensive, he even wrote fake reviews about Ms. Hamm. I completely expected she would ask me to change attorneys because of the personal attacks from my ex, but she didn't, she handled all of it with professionalism and dignity. I have a professional business of my own, so my expectations were high, but Attorney Hamm exceeded them. I thank her so much for walking beside me through that difficult and painful ordeal. She is worth every penny and more. She has even helped me to change how I communicate with my ex, which is priceless, as we have children together and must co-parent for several more years. I thank her again for all she has done for me.

Denise ham misrepresented me. She lied to me. She took $8,500 and didn't do anything. More important at the end of the case she owed me money and disappeared with the money.

DO NOT hire Denice Hamm! You'll be very sorry. I ended up dismissing her from representing me prior to the conclusion of my case. She violated the retainer agreement, misrepresented my goals, never returned emails or phone calls, and over billed me $600 on my case. I filed a complaint with the New York State Bar Association to have a complete investigation conducted regarding her practice.. She isolates herself from being contacted by: not answering phone calls or emails, no receptionist or live answering service and her office building doors are always locked during normal business hours. I'm contemplating a lawsuit against her..
