Mr Buzzetti "assisted" my attorney Kevin Flynn with my family court case. My review is solely on experience with Mr Buzzetti and not Kevin Flynn. A review of his business is on his page. My experiences with Matt show that he is a liar and a con. Multiple times I was told I would be called back by Matt to no avail. If you're looking for a lawyer to con you out of your hard warned money, please visit this con or his lawyer daddy Kevin Flynn. Matt is degrading to clients when they ask why their case is not the walk on the park they said it would be. Once you have paid them they will not answer your calls. Or emails. In fact Mr Buzzetti has an ethics complaint filed against him currently alongside Kevin p flynn with the NYSBA for forging and filing paperwork when already fired by client. Mr Buzzetti is nothing short of a conman who will steal your money. That is unless you're a criminal. Then he will defend you to the fullest. My recommendation is, if you need a lawyer on Elmira, avoid Kevin Flynn and Matt Buzzetti because THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. Edit: Matt wants to call me a liar but lies. Before he used his legal mob to try to scare me he told me.multiple times he would send me a document and call me back regarding said document. After a full day of Matt ignoring me he called the elmira PD on me. Vile and disgusting? Vile and disgusting is telling clients you have a lay up case and 20000 later you quit. You did in fact appear on my.behalf in court once when Kevin could not. Obviously you were a part of my case much more than you care to remember.

I retained Matt Buzzettis services regarding a custody and relocation case, and Mr. Buzzetti went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him for any family cases, he was extremely professional and friendly. I never felt like my questions were unanswered. He made me feel confident of the outcome of my case and eliminated any stress or anxiety that comes with family/custody disputes. I had met with several attorneys on my unique custody case. Once I spoke to Mr Buzzetti I felt a certain relief and certainty that my little guy was in good hands. Truly Matt is sensitive,knowledgeable and patient. His response is timely, his understanding is comforting and his patience is remarkable. As a parent,one knows how difficult it can be when your child's fate is uncertain, Matt has an amazing way to calm all that,with rationalization a parent may not see in such circumstances. I could not imagine the fate of my lil man being in better hands.

We searched for some time in hopes of finding the perfect younger lawyer with vigor and conviction for what we had been going thru for almost 4 years. When we came across Mr. Buzzetti, we had hoped he was that lawyer. We weren't disappointed on any level. Mr. Buzzetti really does listen, and communicates to us in such a way that we know he understands our feelings and frustrations. He commits himself to our needs and does not lead us to false hopes. He is honest and forthcoming in what he sees as the best route to take at any given time. We absolutely with no hesitation recommend Mr. Buzzetti to take care of your legal needs should you ever find yourself in a legal situation that requires leadership and a strong ethical human being. He is not one of those old yellow pages lawyers of days past! He is young fresh and knows how to win, and knows when one cant, and when that happens he has alternatives. Excellent!!! Mr. Buzzetti stepped in to represent me in a complicated, lengthy Custody/Visitation case for my Grandson. With his expertise, professionalism, and extraordinary sensitivity, I felt secure and confident for the first time in two years. He worked on our behalf, being patient with me when frustrated and always kept me grounded with realistic expectations and up to date with where we were in the process. He is motivated and responded quickly to email and phone calls.
