My brother and I were overwhelmed as we moved our 91 year old mom from living alone in her apartment (with an ensuing hospital stay then rehab) to my home. We needed to qualify for Medicaid to make this feasible. Having Ariel Rosenzveig handle this for us took so much pressure and stress off us and we are forever grateful. We not only have Medicaid but were able to protect mom's assets and minimize the overall financial impact of this move. His professionalism, knowledge of elder care/law and his bedside manner are off the charts. We absolutely HIGHLY recommend him and his firm.

Ariel and his staff stepped in and helped my family navigate a complicated situation when we were in the process of settling my father's estate. He has always been responsive, prompt, personable while professional, and we could not be more satisfied. In the aftermath of the loss of a beloved family member, it can be difficult to manage the legal and bureaucratic issues that may come up, and we had complete confidence in Ariel's competence and capacity to help us through that process.

I decided to write this review of rabbi, attorney Ely Rosenzveig to warn his clients of his perfidy, breach of fiduciary duty, and dishonesty. He was my lawyer for several years dealing with my father's estate and I trusted him because he was also a rabbi and was very charming and charismatic. Beware of his greed. He took me to a bank to get a second mortgage on my home to pay him additional fees. Thankfully, the bank rejected me for the mortgage or I would have lost my home. He manipulated me to pay him an exorbitant and an excessive amount of money without proper bills and while also representing an adversary whose interests were in opposition to mine. Because of his deception, I lost a great deal of money. Upon discovering that he was secretly representing this adversary, I reported him to the Bar Association. He couldn't dispute the facts, so he attacked my character with defamatory and unsubstantiated claims, which would not surprise me if he does once again in response to this review. He was reprimanded by the Bar Association because of his blatant breach of fiduciary duty. I also wrote to the Israeli Bar Association as he claimed to have a law practice there at that time. They had never heard of him. He was not actually an attorney there at that time. I am 83 years old and disabled now and feel it is important to do this review as a caution to others.

Rosenzveig and Associates provided smart, supportive and effective counsel to address my aging parent care needs. I appreciated their flexibility and compassion in particular during a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
