I had no prior experience with criminal defense lawyers and no knowledge of the DUI process and was unbelievably fortunate to find Attorney Raimondo. John was incredibly thorough in understanding my case and addressing my concerns about the process. He was always available and was extremely knowledgeable about all the intricacies of the Westchester legal system. His professionalism is well known, which allows him to be an excellent advocate on your behalf. I could not have found a better attorney, and am very thankful and appreciative for the outcome that he was able to negotiate for me.

I was charged, in Westchester, with a DWI. My blood alcohol reading was two times the legal limit. John tried to do everything to resolve the case before trial. The prosecution would not compromise and so Mr. Raimondo requested a jury trial on my behalf. From the beginning it was apparent that Mr. Raimondo had a strategy to win my case and even though the reading was so high; that is what happened. After several days of trial, the jury found me not guilty of all charges. I never really believed that there was anyway he would be able to to get me off of these charges, but he did it. It was obvious to me that John's ability in the courtroom and the way in which he was able to communicate was the advantage he had over the prosecution. I would highly recommend john to any person, whether charged with DWI or any other crime. He is an outstanding lawyer.
