I knew John was my lawyer from our very fist conversation. He took the time to learn not only about the facts of the case, but also about me and who I am. My ex-wife had me criminally charged during a very bad divorce and I knew i needed someone who would fight for me. John not only did this, but wasalways diligent about returning every call I made to him answering every question I had. John is very knowledgeable about the law which made me feel very comfortable about my situation even though the charges against me were serious. John was very upfront, honest and told me what to expect about the process and when to expect it. I would have been extremely nervous in court, but with the knowledge John gave me I had no worries because I trusted him. Thanks to him I did not even make it to trial. Everything was settled beforehand. John did everything he could to get me the best outcome. I am truly appreciative of everything John has done for me in this case. If you are looking for a personable, diligent, fighter for a lawyer look no further. I have already told John that if I ever need another attorney in this type of matters, he is my guy. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone because in my opinion he is the best.

Now let me start with this was my 2nd DUI Charge yet the first time I hired Raimondo. Was charged with 1192-3 meaning I refused to blow into the breathalyzer which NY State law automatically suspends your license for 1 year. Well not with Raimondo. He presented a tiny era in the police report in reference how the police wrote down the knowledge of me refusing. And the judge decided not to suspend my license during arraignment. WOW!! This is unheard of. Right from the start I knew I had someone special that will defend me. Several more court dates with in the 3-4 months Raimondo ask for the charges to be dropped to a 1192.1. Mind you this is my 2nd offense so to get the same outcome as my 1st offense is also a long shot and unheard of. But Raimondo delivered. I’m highly happy the way I was represented. He’s the real deal. Anytime I called he’s responded. He cares to know the person he’s representing. Im grateful to be represented by Raimondo

Let me start by saying, take a deep breath, you will get through this. I fully understand the feeling of shame and desperation in having to confront any sort of legal issue. I can assure you that you have come to the right place and those feelings will eventually fade. Take it one day at a time. There are lawyers who sugarcoat and others who fear monger you into hiring them. Beware! But John is none of those things. John is very direct and is about taking care of business. At the same time he is very caring and works very hard to get you the best possible outcome. Every situation is different and you should not have false hope — but in my situation, he got what could have been a very complicated case (DUI) dismissed. I was very fortunate to have found john. He is extremely busy but always finds time to connect and answer any questions. Even on Sunday nights! Hiring a lawyer can be expensive but john offers very competitive pricing. Quite frankly, he should charge more after seeing him in action. During my case proceedings, I witnessed other lawyers who could care less about their clients, some of which I even spoke to during my research. And those guys were charging me way more than john. I got very lucky finding him. I appreciate everything he did for me and I can assure you he is the right person for your case. I am happy to have met him even though it was under unfortunate circumstances. Everyone has 20/20 vision in retrospect and I can assure you that I made the best decision hiring him and so will you. John is the man! Good luck with the process, take care of yourself, and remember, it will go away eventually.

Mr. Raimondo is impressive. When I first reached out to him to take on my son's case, I was utterly distraught. Mr. Raimondo took the time to listen to me explain the information surrounding my son's case. The genuine interest he took gave me hope. Throughout the case Mr. Raimondo made himself available to keep me up to date always taking the time to fully explain the facts to me. On one hand he demonstrated patience, understanding, and empathy which I truly appreciated. On the other hand he remained professional and up front with me about the case which I also appreciated. As Mr. Raimondo advocated strongly for my son in court it was evident that he is proficient and well versed in his knowledge of the law. I'm truly grateful that he was able to get my son's case resolved with a favorable outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Raimondo.

John was a Great lawyer ; who makes you feel comfortable and is honest ! What more can you ask for from a lawyer? I recommend John everytime and will continue to contact him if me and or someone else needs a lawyer ! He shows up on time to the court before you and keep you updated 10/10 !

I am from Philly didn't have a lawyer for that area after talking to 5,6 lawyers I decided on John.What a great choice it was..He listened intently gave me feed back,His price was reasonable, I felt like he was honest in his answers (which is very important When hiring a lawyer.)Didn't feel like he was giving me the run around just telling me what I wanted to hear .He told me the pros and cons of my case.Which I respected.When we got to the court room he was a beast ,he got me a great deal.One I could live with considering the odds I was against ,because the fact was I was guilty.and things could of turned out alot worse he fought hard for me .Looking back I couldn't of made a better choice.Thanks John you may not be god.That day in court you were the closest to it.I feel John is honest has integrity he will do the best he can with what he has to work with.If you need a lawyer beleave me you can't go wrong with John Raimondo (EXCELLENT LAWYER)5 STARS A1

I'd give more stars if the options allowed - The following is my review, which I have posted on my Google reviews as well; however, as a person who found himself in need of honest legal representation, I want to offer this here for those who are seeking an attorney and need a lawyer who goes above and beyond. Before I go forward, I want to explain that while no one ever expects the unexpected to happen, I found myself facing down the consequences of an unfortunate event. And to be clear, to say that I was intimidated is an understatement. I found myself in the crosshairs of both an unfair and an unfortunate accusation. However, after searching for the right attorney and sifting through different lawyers who either showed no concern for me or wanted far too much money, I came across the Law Offices of John Raimondo. First, I want to explain that yes, I was nervous. As a matter of fact, I was frantic and petrified. I was worried about what might happen and more than anything, I was worried about the cost of my personal defense. This is when I made the call . . . It was within minutes that I knew I found the right attorney. John discussed my case with me, both calmly and rationally. We spoke about the facts of what took place, and like a calculator, I could tell that John was figuring out the details in his mind. My anxiety was through the roof. I was stressed out; however, each time I spoke with John, he assured me that he was taking care of my case, that I was not alone, that nothing was going to happen to me, and that he was sure he could handle my case without any issue. John was right . . . I can say that the trumped up charges were adjourned, contemplating a dismissal, and that as much as I worried that something might go wrong; I was twice as relieved to learn that the Law Offices of John Raimondo not only defended me, in my eyes they vindicated my name to the standing which I deserve. Thanks John! The work you did on my case means more to me than you'll ever know.

John is a wonderful human being and lawyer. He truly cares and will fight for you. He’s smart, ambitious and hard working. He goes out of his way to make sure all bases are covered and is very thorough with his work. I couldn’t recommend John more.

Mr. Raimondo defended me in a criminal matter and I received a favorable decision. He was always on top of everything; calling me before I called him, coming early to court to conference before going in front of the judge, and staying afterwards to explain all that transpired. If I could give 10 stars I would. Mr. Raimondo gave a sense of hope in my case from the time I met him to even after the case was over. He was very professional, understanding, and dedicated to what he does. Throughout it all, Mr. Raimondo gave me advice that I took along with me to turn my life around and I couldn’t thank him enough. I would highly recommend Mr. Raimondo, as he is a great lawyer.

John instantly made me feel at ease when I called him. He was always available (unless of course in court) to answer any questions with my case - even on a Sunday night! He's friendly, knows the law, knows the courts in Westchester County especially well. He's incredibly professional. As kind-hearted and gentle as he was with me, he was equally commanding and dominant in the court room - all the while being respectful toward the judge. I can think of no one else I would've rather had represent me in court. One of my court dates got changed to a day where one of his children was graduating high school. I completely understood that he wouldn't want to miss that and he assured me (and followed-through) that he'd get an excellent replacement to be there with me for that one day. And he absolutely did. If you find yourself in a situation of a DWI, please do yourself a favor, and call John. Speak to him yourself and I'm sure you'll want to have him by your side.

I had no prior experience with criminal defense lawyers and no knowledge of the DUI process and was unbelievably fortunate to find Attorney Raimondo. John was incredibly thorough in understanding my case and addressing my concerns about the process. He was always available and was extremely knowledgeable about all the intricacies of the Westchester legal system.
