It is always a difficult thing to have to plan for the future care of your loved ones. My case was no exception. Overwhelmed with thoughts of the what if this or what if that consumed me. In addition to...ugh I have to deal with lawyers, which I was extremely apprehensive about doing. However, this Law firm, Ely J. Rosenzveig & Associates and in particular Ariel Rosenzveig could NOT have been any better. I say that with all sincerity. Of course he managed the legal issues, followed up and double checked the work I had done, but he also allowed me to be emotional, talk to him about the process regarding my feelings, never rushed me, listen to me cry on the phone and advised me on how to avoid situations like this in the future. I contacted the law firm to help me with my late sister's estate. Due to the fact she was a US citizen but passed away overseas, there was a large layer of bureaucracy with the US administration added on to settle matters. I very highly recommend that anyone that is in this situation at least speak with them for advice.
