It should be NO STARS. What bar admitted attorney doesn't draw up a written contract, give an itemized bill, or communicate with their client? Mr. Hartt needs to be honest, before he decides to respond or try to sue me. For defamation, libel, or slander.

I hired James to bring a Sexual Harassment claim against my then-current employer. After the claim was filed with New york State Human Rights Division, my boss concocted a false reason for firing me.
