James is the best Attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.

I hired James to bring a Sexual Harassment claim against my then-current employer. After the claim was filed with New york State Human Rights Division, my boss concocted a false reason for firing me. James added Retaliation to the claim and made them pay for that obvious retaliation. I’m extremely delighted with his professional services and the quality of his work.

There was age discrimination, failed to make reasonable accommodations. He was ver know ya did would hire him again if needed. One bit of advice print everything out before you start make sure you get it off your work email before they block you from it.
