Jerem O'Sullivan was professional, courteous and set a fair price for reviewing my construction contract. I enjoyed working with him, and am pleased with his work as an attorney.

Mr O'Sullivan was the closing attorney on my house purchase. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process. Most notably at the time of closure he reviewed the details of paperwork the seller's son's attorney had failed to note. At such moments he took me aside and discussed the issues. One was whether I wanted to reimburse the seller for taxes already paid that the other attorney failed to notice. He is a very honest and thorough person. His fee was very reasonable.
