Very good for house closings prompt courteous..

He represented me and ensured a shared driveway situation was legally o.k.. Move forward 5 years he represented my neighbor in an action against me for the same driveway - he didn't think it was conflict. Now 10 years later I may not be able to sell my house because of what he didn't do. Pure negligence

Bought two houses. Sold one house (one in 1985, one in 2008), Won't use anyone else for real estate law. Also used him to add my new wife to the deed (he wouldn't even charge me for that). No problems or loose ends. He only does real estate and he knows it very well.

If a breach in the attorney-client privilege concerns you, this is not the attorney for you. He put my business and livelihood at risk with his loose lips and disregard for basic legal ethics.

This greedy, egotistical little runt with a serious Napoleon Complex will do NOTHING for you, but make your home buying / selling experience a terrible one! A roll of the dice will yield better results for counsel. On his website, he talks about how professional and timely he is... COMPLETE BS!!! I had to reschedule all of my furniture and appliance deliveries, as well as my time off work after he told me a closing date and time, then postponed it for a week after HE didn t get his paperwork together in time. He tried to blame it on the other attorney, but I spoke with the other attorney and homeowner, and they had their affairs in order. This was all after giving me two different excuses as to why we could not close on the scheduled date and time. Vaughn is rude, was actually yelling at me over the telephone, refused to tell me exactly what paperwork was causing the delay, and cut me off in the middle of more than a few sentences. He did nothing but cause trouble, and delays in my transaction. I would not wish his services on my worst enemy!
