Doesn't know everything about tenants but good for slum landlords

I cannot in good conscience recommend Caterina. I hired her for help in amending my grandfather’s name for my Italian dual citizenship application. Throughout the process, not only was she was incredibly unresponsive, but she also ended up charging me significantly more than originally quoted. During our first call, I had a sense that she was not totally listening to me – and when she ended up charging me more money *after* I signed, it became clear that was the case. Needless to say, I felt duped. As far as her unresponsiveness - I hired a lawyer to remove stress from the application process, but trying to track her down caused *more* stress. Weeks on end without an answer even though I made it very clear that time was of the utmost importance. In the end, I got my grandfather’s birth certificate, and my passport just arrived a few weeks ago, so the process proved successful and she clearly knows what she is doing. But if you are in any sort of time crunch – avoid!!
