I live in WA State. The WA State good ole boy system denies me a WA State attorney in a tremendous case against WA State DOH Administrators and L&I CVCP for their complicit financing of dental malpractice. I am currently in SD with $67,000 dental work coming up courtesy L&I WA State. Last July they added $100,000 to the 2010 $50,000 retroactive cash cap. I have the files. There's a case. A rated brain injury was exploited as was my dental condition in the dental chair as an extension of the assault much aggravation. Timeline for discovery is extended. I have a SD county at fault accident in 89 that broke my jaw, teeth and left hand nearly killed me. Forever changed me mentally and physically. Only just realized it was county at fault recently it dawned on me. I'd like to take them. Have not begun to contact SD attorneys.
