He helped me about 2 years ago ,he explained everything in a way that I understood , he didn't use a lot of words that I didn't understand and if he did he took the time to explain them to me. He was there for me through the whole process. He was very personable, if I had any questions and I called and was busy he always returned my call in a timely fashion.
