Raja is a very professional and courteous attorney. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and can handle the entire real estate transaction without any issues or bumps along the rode. Many other attorneys will fail to keep you abreast of the process, however Raja takes his time to explain and guide you through the entire deal. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family for any of their real estate needs.

I know Raja for two years now , he is a trusted advisor . Reachable at all times, very pleasant. Incredibly meticulous and thorough, nothing gets past him. Experienced in Real Estate and Bankruptcy mostly but well versed in other fields as well. Man enough to tell you when he is wrong and acknowledge when he doesnt know the appropriate solution.

One of the best you can find , takes care of your money like his own and saves you $$. Have excellent knowledge and gives correct advise . Never behind in his preparation and aggressive to finish the work before or on time . Have done some real estate deals through him in the past and he was always successful in saving me thousands of dollars which I was ready to pay if not for him.

I used this lawyer for my 2 houses and also my brother used him. He spent time to explain and kept us inform every steps till closing. Even at the closing table explains each and every papers and answered all my question

i have dealt with many attorneys in the past and to say the least i am not the biggest fan of paying a lot of money to someone who does not always keep my best interest in mind. I must say Raja was honest, knowledgeable, and got the job done!

I know Raja for many years now , he is my personal lawyer . Any problems and concerns he will answer with no hesitation. Very polite , always ask me about my family and always offering his help.
