Mr. Kramer and his staff have provided elder care services for my family for the past three years. He and his staff have consistently been responsive and ready to answer questions. I am often hesitant to refer people to professionals with whom I have worked, however, I have referred four people to Mr. Kramer, three have followed through with happy results.
