I am so pleased with myself for choosing the law offices of Gus Michael Farinella. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to save their homes not only from foreclosure but for bankruptcy filings as well. My bank Carrington Mtge gave me the hardest time to work with me to keep my home. They wanted me out, no negotiation. I have to tell you that Carmen Resto and Supreet worked with dedication, professionalism and focus with my bank to offer me a loan modification. My trial payments were low, $1,900 mthly for five months. Today I got my new 30 year mortgage contract with monthly payments of $1,928.00.

I don't know exactly how I came across this law firm but I am glad I found them. Not only did they allow for the options of a phone or Zoom consultation for my mother, but they were kind and kept her thoroughly informed during every step of her legal process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I’d say overall I was very impressed with the work of this firm. They were very easy to work with and they handled all of the necessary business concerning my credit and the bankruptcy process. I wasn’t aware after everything was said and done that on the day of the actual dismissal of my case that I’d have to pay an extra $95 to the firm. I assumed I was paid in full. So that was really the only shock. It may have been in the contract and I missed it but nonetheless it was still a bit of a shock. And I wasn’t reminded or informed that I’d still have to pay for services two months after the court session.
