Terrance was an exceptional lawyer. He’s very thorough and patient, taking the time to explain all the details involved in buying a home and all the paperwork involved. Terrance was recommended by our realtor and he did not disappoint throughout the entire closing process. Terrance was very helpful in taking the time to explain every detail to my wife and I and what we should be aware of as we were first time buyers. He was available for text or call no matter the time of day and answered any question we might’ve had. We heavily recommend using Terrance and plan to hire him again in the future!

Our agent referred us to Terrance, since we had great confidence in our agent we hired him on the first try. My wife and I left happy with his service. He is not only our attorney, but rather a friend. Someone who answers all questions and easy to reach. If he does not answer your call, make sure he will return it to you within an hour.
