Margaret Farid is a great advocate for Professional Tenants(tenants who live for free). She does not understand what constitutes a tort, very basic in law. She reciites lies and, maybe counsel non-paying, parasitic tenants to lie as well. Her mendacity is phenomenal and she is extremely unprofessional. Based on her email communication with me, I would seriously question her professional ethics. I wonder what was her grade in Professional Responsibility Class in law school. I have never met an attorney who prevaricates as eloquently as this woman. Her ad hominem arguments are replete with fallacious statements. No attorney with an iota of integrity threatens legal actions based on manifest falsehoods. To the general public: retain her for your real estate transaction at your own RISK. That said, I have had no contact, thus far, with Mr. Roy Farid. As such, nothing stated here should reflect - negatively- on this gentleman's reputation - which may be beyond reproach except that she, Margaret, is his partner.
