Initially my case seemed like it off to a slow start. Then my new case manager, Valentine, took over and boy did he help my case do a 180! He was very responsive and constantly kept be abreast with new details. He listened to what I wanted as an outcome and delivered ! My overall experience was 4/5 stars but I give my guy Val a 5/5 stars for sure.
