I was extremely satisfied with Ms. Perez re: my home sale. There were glitches. I lost the mortgage satisfaction. I tried for hours to clear it up w/the bank with no success. A lot of money was slated to be held in escrow. Ms. Perez cleared it up. She was a real lifesaver. We closed without an hitch thanks to her.
