Paid the money. And they don’t do the right job. If you don’t call them. They will not contact you. Even I called them so many times let the attorney call me back. Then attorney didn’t call back. Only assistant call back. And can’t make any decision. Only say will let attorney know. And then nothing change. Another thing is the whole office people Lies a lot! If you want waste your time and waste your money and spend your energy with no good result. Come to them. If I could I would rate 0 star.

I have a case before for immigration and went to KASEN law firm. Louis the lawyer was very helpful and took step by step to help me get my green card. I would recommend all my friends to come here.

When I went to their office, I asked to write an appeal letter for my case. After I told them about the situation couple times, their front desk and the lawyer assistant said that they exaggerated and said what would happen if it didn't work out. A bunch of words made you feel like it isn't easy to deal with. Then they asked for $3500 or around $4000. I was shocked it was so expensive. I went back to think about it, and then negotiated to $3000. It was my first time to contact with a law firm, and I didn't go to another one. Now I ask them to explain to me how did you charge? I need the details. I feel that the front desk is a bit guilty and doesn't know how to reply me. Keep procrastinating and say they will call me back. I waited for a month and didn't return my call, and I also called to ask them during the period. The man at the front desk (maybe finance manager) had a bad attitude and said that the matter was over, you waited 2 or 3 months before saying so, and hung up on me. Please, it's only at the end of July, and it's only one month. Yes, I signed the contract, but does your law firm overcharge me? I signed the contract when I was in helpless.
