We have been working with Sylvia and her team for over 2 years and they were very professional and provided legal advice on our case. She and her team would always respond within a day by emails and as required, scheduled phone calls to any questions and preparations of documents for the trial. Sylvia navigated the City's bureaucracy during Covid 19 times which caused many delays and eventually helped us win. We definitely recommend her and Geng & Assoc.

I found an article online on the Geng & Associates website that advocated a legal solution that I thought was not allowed by courts. After doing some additional research into previous rulings, the wording of the relevant laws, and articles from other firms, I discovered that Geng's position was indeed well-supported. My own attorney disagreed, but the info he shared to support his point was different from my situation in some important details. I decided to call Geng's offices to get some more details from the source of the article. There was a consultation charge, which I am often reluctant to pay, but there is a lot of money at stake in this matter and something told me it would be worth rolling the dice on paying a small fee to Geng. I am glad I did! I spoke to the article's author, Sylvia, and she gave me a lot of additional details and some different angles to my problem that I had not considered. I already have an attorney for this issue and he is performing well enough that I will likely have him see it through, but if it advances to a more complicated stage, or if I have a similar matter in the future, I would definitely go with Sylvia at Geng & Associates. This is real review, and I don't have a lot of experience with Geng & Associates to vouch for them without qualification, but during our half hour consultation, Sylvia earned my confidence.
