今天顺利卖了一套房子，同时又签了一个新的销售合同，双喜临门的一天。在这激动人心的日子里，特别感谢张律师的专业团队。跟张律师合作多年，经历了多个买卖过程中的疑难问题，他总能以丰富的经验帮我排忧解难。这么多年我有任何法律相关问题，第一时间就找张律师咨询。他及时专业的回答，让我深刻感受到我是真正拥有自己私人律师的人。张律师的助理nicole和chin做事情特别细心，待人特别亲切友善，讲话都是轻声细语，超有耐心。有时候在下班后发一些关于过户进度的问题，本来是希望第二天他们上班可以帮我跟进，常常得到意外的即时回复。

I had a lease issue with my current landlord and decided to reach out to Sylvia for help. She listened to us very carefully, analyzed the whole situation, and then gave us some very great advices to deal with the issue. Consulting with a lawyer like her definitely help us save a lot of time going back and forth with the landlord and most importantly, defend our own right while facing unreasonable requests and charges.

Flawless experience with them. Knew them from my aunt who is a friend of Mrs. Geng. Got my work visa approval this year within a month after filing the cap petition, no RFE. Very professional and efficient to get all the paperwork done. My employer was very satisfied with and complimented their work as well. Highly recommending Faith Yin. 5-star rating no doubt. Actually I would rate for 6-star if google lets me.
