We worked with Attorney Zhang, and especially his assistant Nicole Deng on handling our mother's trust and the sale of one property. Nicole was organized, detailed, and responsive to all our inquires in a very timely manner. She was patient and professional in handling all the paperwork and follow up needed for these transactions. Unfortunately, we are giving a 4 star rating because Attorney Zhang was held up at another closing, so he was not available to attend our closing. After we made multiple calls to the law office, they sent Ting Geng, Esq to step in and complete the transaction successfully because of Nicole's meticulous handling of the case file. Thankfully, everyone including the title company, buyer, buyer's attorney, bank attorney, and the real estate agents all worked together to seal the deal.
