The Law Offices of Fuqiang Zhang helped our purchase and sell of our primary home twice in the past 6 years (2016 & 2022). Mr. Fuqiang Zhang, Esq and his team are really helpful and work very efficiently. They helped us to communicate with the seller's attorney at our best interest and they help us to arrange the closing of our sell and purchase properties at the same closing table both in 2016 and 2022. This is really helpful and released our stress for the sell and buy process at the same time. Atty zhang is a very nice lawyer extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of his job every documents were explained to me in details ,every documents presented by the buyers lawyer were escrutinized fully before advising me for signatures every checks were examined for any errors up to and including the dollar amount Ms.Nicole on the other hand cares so much about us she constantly sending me e-mails and calling me and updating me on the status of our real estate transactions and closing date and she made sure the closing went smoothly she even called me to tell me if the check amount were in order i give Atty.Zhang and Ms Nicole OUTSTANDING for going over ,above and beyond their duties and responsibilities if anybody deserves a promotion i would highly recommend ms.nicole to the next higher position...
