This attorney was assigned to me by the State. From the outset, he communicated no information concerning deveopments in the case. I requested all papers to be used to prosecute the case against me, he failed to give me said documents, instead he placed a copy of a letter in his file indicating he sent me the paperwork; one of the prosecutorial documents contained favorable evidence. He failed and/or refused to file timely motions or adopt my motion where there was clear precedence for filing these motions.
