I hired Mr. Yung and his firm to purchase my husband and I's very first home in 2007. It was a nervous process but Mr. Yung and his team ensured it was smooth and stress-free. Fast forward to 2015 when I needed to move sell my home to purchase a bigger home (after 2 kids), he was there to assist as well. Needless to say I trust him and his firm. They are very detailed oriented and patient. I dealt with Mr. Yung himself when I signed the contract, and Amy Li and Kathy afterwards until closing. They are beyond careful and are very responsive to my emails and concerns.
