本不想写，最近看有其他人投诉，再把我们的经历分享。天下乌鸦一般黑，成功都是有努力的预谋策划，更多的是要靠自己的领悟，旁人更多是指点迷津，让你少踩地雷。 拿批准信的时候也跟Anney说了，贵所要提高服务质量。有两个赞，一个赞是给Mohamed专业知识，一个是赞给Chole周末假日还在工作。该律所的人力资源案件进度分配拖拉，绝对的差评。 总之他们是律师，是能做好案件的律所，只是服务态度要端正认真，质量要提高。如果你不懂英语，如果你不懂用一些进度查询工具，不懂一些法律常识，和他们的合作会很辛苦，甚至绝望，各种跟催。就比如最近有人去律所上门纠缠，这都是无奈下的选择。刚过来的人，手头拮据舍不得钱，换个律师，不知道还有同时去律师公会投诉的渠道。 我遇见的最糟心的几件事： 1.案件拖拉，几乎已经到了准备放弃合作，换其他律师，同时走律师协会投诉。 2.顾客很尊重时间，已经收到面试通知，不到2个月的时间，要求立即安排培训，也是各种拖拉。 3.唯一的一次律师培训，不尊重时间，导致快速的走过场，全程只给了我们一个半小时。 4.面试前一天，临时“放鸽子”，找理由律师不能陪同了，但一看文件会发现这是有预谋的，提前计划好的。 我的看法，该事务所，目前阶段的重要工作就是“吸粉”，开分店，一个人的精力有限。专家视频解说，都是为了拓展生意的广告。热情吸引新客户，变成老客户了，就开始糟心了。就像我们已经拿到了面试通知的顾客服务，都是草草了事。 以下是详细经历： 2016年 DIY 的589。 2021 3月加入了Standby interview list. 随后找到该所，付了咨询费预约和Mr Alexandre面对面进行双向咨询评估，之后签约。 请注意，合同里面写清楚了翻译服务费是另外计算的，白纸黑字写的明白，我们留意的，没问题。 然后请注意，可能初期G-28会是Mr Alexandre 代表，但是之后可能会转该律所的其他律师。 他们的解释是，Mr Alexandre很忙，除非最初合同特别指定始终由他代表，之后人力分配的时候就会有调整。 之后就是申请资料的质量提升，文件证据资料的整理和翻译。都是Email来回沟通，他们很忙，需要跟催，尚能忍受。我们自己能熟练用Offcie和中英文文件的翻译。 在我们的反复催初下，他们安排的第三方翻译机构，最初告知单价是0.12$每个字，等看到作品之后，我认为工作质量不佳，翻译错误多处，并且字数的计算收费，和Word文本统计出来的数字标点合计4206字，最终收费685，差异很多，多收费。 这点钱对我来说也不在乎，不计较了。 定稿是2021年底时候。在寄出给移民局之前，我们没有先阅读校对，里面有些翻译错误会造成相反意思的歧义，包括漏掉大段语句翻译，文本排版错行混乱的问题。可能人家觉得我们是文盲，大篇幅的英文的给了你也看不懂。）问他们要寄给移民局的文件的快递单号，也是拖拉，Anney说的寄出的时间和USPS Tracking的信息差很多天，我们都担心是不是没寄或者寄错了。我安慰太太，不用担心，我们手里还有底稿，自己写一份需要修正的清单，一旦收到了面试通知，我们自己再寄一份过去都来得及，太太悬着的心才放下。 然后就是等待，期间我们自己找过国会议员，给LA办公室写信，都没用，没有面试排期出来。 2022-8跟该所签订了催办令合同，我们各种尝试联系政府机构的方式都用过了无效的素材都转交他们了。8月底之前他们已经收到费用了。然后我每天查询他们的进度，拖了2个月一点都没做，找了一些理由来应付我。 我知道处理流程，我知道怎么查询进度，他们是截止2022-10-19什么都没做。时间很重要，耽误了就错过了窗口，我已经失去耐心，我通过法院公开渠道获知其他跟我大约同时申请人已经拿到了面试安排，我以此反问他们我案件的进度，不回邮件，电话沟通无效果，装死。再拖了10天左右，我耐心完全耗尽，跟他们通知，不处理我们的案件，就准备换其他律师了，同时向律师公会投诉他们。对于我无非就是花钱的事，我能承受，时间更重要。 然后在这最后一刻，律师本人电话我了，说马上会做，行吧，确实很快履行了。 2022-12-5收到政府面试通知2023-2-2。时间很紧了，那就是跟律所约开始培训，文件最终校对。 他们推脱忙，直到圣诞节后才开始，元旦又是放假，发现他们之前留存的证据和补充文件找不到了，让我真的怀疑当初他们压根就没寄给移民局。还好我电脑里有存档，要不然麻烦大了。我说你们专业律所文件储存都会出问题，用免费的Google drive. 我家都是付免费的Microsoft One drive. 律师Mohamed亲自Review 文件说让陈述书重新写，按Timeline,律师的建议这个确实很重要，这点要赞！ 同时感谢Chole放假期间也在回复我们Email,赞！这种安排时间原本很宽裕，只是他们安排的浪费了3周，就让人非常紧张。 我不知道他们的生产管理人力调配工作是谁安排的，绝对的差评！ 最终文件好了，我直接问2021年文件寄送移民局的问题，那就重新我亲自打印跟踪再寄一遍吧，那时候他们的打印机复印机扫描仪很差，护照复印再扫描的之后，重要的信息几乎看不清楚，文件仍旧寄出去。 在移民局面试结束之后，移民官就带我们去再复印一遍。贵所生意做这么多，办公设施，从文件管理会丢失，重要文件打印扫描质量到模糊，都需要改善。 面试前的培训，我们希望他早点做，他们最初安排面试前一天，理由是他们认为很多客户听了就忘，早了记不住。 我说那太紧张了，在强烈要求下，提前了2天。约好下午2点，我们1.45到，律师在电话会议进行保释。丝毫不尊重我们的时间，直到3.30才开始培训，大概全程不到1个半小时，期间是有几个很有帮助的启发性的问题，表明律师Mohamed有经验，这个要赞！ 到了5点就草草收场，律师暗示面试时候，他陪同就是摆设，就是记录一下问题，除了很特殊情况，他是不会插嘴的。一个案子培训就1.5小时，你们什么想法。 培训后，太太觉得没准备好，心灵被吊打了，当晚回家彻夜未眠，我重新把问题清单列了一遍，还有2天时间，赶快刻画到心里。 等到面试前一天，律所通知我们说，律师身体不舒服，不能陪我们去面试了，准备了文件和我们，请带给移民局给他电话出席的安排，等我一看那分表上面的签署日期，是昨天就签署了的。早有预谋的，我们是7.15AM面试，我估算律师如果去现场的话，也需要早早起床。您请律师，就是希望有人保驾护航，等到了时间，他说有原因不能去，该律所还有其他律师可以替代的，他们给你一个方案是，要不改时间，要不电话会议模式，你怎么选。 本来面试资源就很紧张了。我们商量船到桥头自然直，有定海神针雷打不动，大不了就不要这律师陪同，就算不顺利以后也不会再合作了。 等到去了移民局，把文件递交。也有其他律师一早就在那陪着顾客，为这些早起的律师赞，至少敬业。移民官告诉我们，不能接受律师的电话会议申请，因为没有提前预约。要么重新改时间，要么我们签署豁免律师的文件。 我们毫不犹豫在文件上签字，不需要律师了。 天照应，行政长官仁慈，政府提供的翻译也靠谱，自己也准备充分，我们顺利通过了，以上就是我们聘请该律师事务所的经历。
