The worst law firm ever, unprofessional, not responsible at all. if I could give it a ZERO star I would. some manager Eily? told me how professional the firm is and how much they will serve and help us to get things go through smoothy and faster. They have internal status check phone number to check on my case before we signed the contract (and its the same 1800/1888 phone number i called to check on the case status) I has been almost two years no progress at all. "THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. ALL WE CAN DO IT WAIT" from my attorney after we signed the contract and paid! finally we received a letter from the immigration. our paralegal is not there to take care our case even its an emergency. "HER SUBSTITUTE WILL CALL YOU" a day later. still no phone call. called again. "I ALREADY PASS THE MESSAGE TO MS.WANG" and waited again forever. and of course the manager is never in the office. at the end we have to take care things ourselves due to deadline. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM AND DON'T PUT YOURSELF OR YOU CASE IN DANGEROUS. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR CASE TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
