Jenny Ahn is the best RE attorney you will find. As a real estate investor and broker, she helped me through several real estate transactions all leading to a successful and profitable close. There are certain nuances that may impact your profitability that only a good attorney can identify and address -- her office picked them out and handled them all very well in both my sales and purchases. Jenny Ahn is a very knowledgeable attorney. She specializes in commercial and home real estate. If you are planning to buy/sell a coop,condo, house or commercial real estate, you should use her. There are tons of general attorneys who do real estate, but end up not really knowing their stuff, and it shows during closings. Be careful there are some crazy lawyers out there.
