Such a horrible law firm. They will do the bare minimum to help you win a case and will urge you to settle since they know they are incapable of winning a case. I never got any updates about my case and had to call every time. They work with their network of doctors to put money in their pockets. I don't recommend you use this law firm.

I have received very less settlement amount which I actually don't deserve. I find attorney Grossman a very rude guy. He was very unhelpful through out my case. I dont recommend this law firm.

Gary Caliendo has got to be the kindest and most respectful lawyer I have ever encountered. Hard worker and will fight for your rights as promised!!

Gary Caliendo is their bench warmer of a trial attorney who lost my case of being rear ended with surgery involved thereafter. He shouted at the jurors as if being louder would somehow win him favor instead of delivering content that would summarize and stress the most important parts of the case. In addition he did not refute or address any of the point brought up by the attorney that picked up the case for the opposing insurance company. In all Mallilo is a great lawyer and he should have represented or advised on the case which had been offered a verbal settlement prior to going to trial.

They were great medically . They made sure i saw all appropriate doctor. Gina mallilo is a horror. Mr. Mallilo Mallilo was very nice. I had trouble with them saying i had liens on my my money and wanted to hold back 10,ooo dollars. I had to check on my own regarding liens and i had none. They finally gave me the 10,000 dollars
