Sold my house in Flushing five months ago. There was an issue with title company of inconsistent CO description with survey. He resolved the issue with several letters. The title company in the end admitted of making an error and I was able close the sale without a problem. He knew that title company made the error and convinced the buyer's attorney to close. Experience really matters!
