Because my former attorney's ineffective practices, USCIS had finally rejected my son's green card application some years ago. Kim last year, and he proposed the most effective and heartfelt approaches to my son's case, even though it had been years. Atty Kim helped me get a K-1 Visa petition for my fiancee and then helped with the Immigration forms to get her Green Card after we were married. First of all, he is very knowledgeable, rational attorney. He was only explaining about the facts and truths over my case, not for the profits(I previously spent a lot of monies for $30K-$40K and ultimately wasted). If you have any kind of tough issue that related with immigration matters, call him to make an appointment. You will probably get a better idea if you currently struggling with inexperienced lawyer or facing difficult litigation.
