I really liked the orlow firm because every time there was an update or decision to make they took the time to explain to me what was happening. They were always very professional and accommodating. I never hope anybody has to go through what I went through, but if you are injured I definitely suggest you contact them.

This Penn guy knew more about real estate law than I think I know about my own kids. Such a facility with facts and figures that would effect my contract and closing costs wasn't something I expected to find at the prices he charges. He patiently answered questions before he even had any commitment from me to hire him, he saw things coming that I didn't even know about as the deal went on. He was so diplomatic. The other side really talked down to him and treated him badly at times but he swallowed a lot making sure his pride never got in the way of my best interest and protected me thoroughly. If you have Ira's number you have no need to shop any further for a quality real estate lawyer.
