I have received TWO 4 point Followed Too Closely, 2 point Failed to Signal Lane Change violations, totaling 10 points in 2019 and I was very upset and hurt by this as I never got a single ticket in my life. MyTicketsNYC were amazing as they calmed me down and reassured me that they will help me and take care of the process and the headache that came with these tickets and saved me from having to be effected by insurance and fees. I owe them big time as they provided amazing service with an excellence in professionalism and timing with handling the courts and tickets. they showed perfect timing and communication with the customer and they were always on time and on top of things. In the past decade I've gotten maybe two traffic tickets, both were completely bogus, one was a cell phone ticket where the cop claimed he saw me holding my phone in my hand, it never happened. The other one was when a school bus literally flipped out its stop sign as I was passing it on a three-lane street where I was all the way on the other side and did not notice. In the old days if you got one ticket in 5 years and had a good explanation the judge would obviously let you go, but nowadays it doesn't matter what you say or what you do they couldn't care less I learned this lesson the hard way 15 years ago already, you can be a great citizen an exemplary citizen a great driver it doesn't matter they will give you the ticket cuz they want the money, and it will wreck you because your insurance company will then charge you insane surcharges even if you have just one ticket. For both of the tickets that I just mentioned I went to my tickets NYC and honestly was blown away one ticket they got reduced to no points and I did have to pay a fine the other ticket was dismissed outright. They are wonderful people to work with, not every ticket will end with the dismissal obviously because that's just real life but I think they will always get you a better result than you would have gotten yourself. Highly recommended.

I got 3 traffic tickets at the same time that would have cost me 10 points on my driver's license and probably the suspension of it. I came to My Tickets NYC and explained my situation and they were very clear with me. Last week I got the hearing and 2 tickets were dismissed and 1 is pending and there is the possibility I could get 1 point dismissed from that ticket. I’m extremely happy from this result because I must drive for work and provide for my family. This is a service I would recommend to anyone. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thanks to Maria for being on the top of it and keeping me updated with the process. I hope I won’t get any more tickets in the future but if I do, this is were I will rely on for the process. After over 4 years im court system charge me $300 dollars and did not help me at all plus i had to pay full amount of $416 dollars for tickets what a waste of time and money wish there was away for me to give a zero on this site do not waste your money ok for now
