I'm very very happy to the service they provide..All staff is very professional especially Maria.. I recently get nasa county ticket for a stop sign.. I had a three-point for that ticket.. but they fight and reduce my 3 points to 0 point within 1 month.. I'm highly recommend friends family and all others if you have any kind ticket or other situation please contact them.. they definitely give you better advice.. thank you so much My ticket company and all staff member for help me thank you so much....

I got a ticket for failed to yield to a pedestrian for possible 3 points about 4 years ago. My Ticket, kept track of the MANY times it was postponed, finally went to court and I was found not guilty and never had to come into the city. This was the easiest system, they are very professional. answered my questions, prompt customer service. I would have an increase in my insurance if it wasn't for them. Thanks MY TICKET!

From start to finish MyTicketsNYC has helped me the whole way through. I never thought any lawyer would be able to wipe my slate clean. But come court day, Maria called to inform me that all of my points were cleaned and erased. In the beginning I was told, "no promises," but they pulled through. The team were always quick to respond to any concerns. 10/10 recommended this firm.

Absolutely incredible team. Customer service is on point. They are responsive and always ready to answer email, text or phone call. I had a 5-point electronic device, from a few years back, and they helped me get a 'NOT GUILTY' verdict, which means not points on my license and any additional fines and surcharges. The hugest thank you to Maria and Liza. You can't go wrong with my tickets NYC. 10 stars if I can give it.

Myticketsnyc. Thank you so much. It's such a relief to be saved from getting point deducted. I was given a child seat belt ticket. Which your attorney defended in court and reduced to just fine. MyTicketsNYC has an incredible team. I was ticketed back in 2020 for an 8pt speeding ticket and thankfully the team was able to have this ticket dismissed after many years of working on the case. 10/10 recommended this firm, thank you to Ms. Maria and Ms. Liza for always keeping me informed on status and all the hard work they put in!
