I highly recommend Phil for administration proceedings in the Surrogate’s Court in Nassau County, Long Island. I had to administrate my father’s estate. Phil was cordial and professional. He took the time to explain the process and worked quickly to get me appointed, marshal assets and resolve disputes with estate creditors. He’s an excellent estate lawyer.
