Our aunt passed away from a chronic illness that left her debilitated and then took her life. Once we buried her with our own money we found out a distant relative with no connection to our aunt had taken advantage of her and was attempting to steal her estate. Our family retained Jason Stern when our uncle died leaving behind a fraudulent will. A stranger had him sign the document while he was in the hospital dying of brain cancer. Even though it was drafted by an atterney this firm was able to overturn it and expose the will as a fraud. I cannot begin to tell you what they did for our family to get us justice.

Jason Stern is a great attorney and I highly recommend this law firm. My brothers and I live out of the state of New York and hired his firm with limited knowledge about them and we couldn't have done better. Worked with Jason in dealing with a very complex (in NY and international) will, dealt with difficult people. Jason was honest about possible outcome/s, he followed up in court and was in direct communication with said difficult and unsophisticated people.
