My husband John was one of Davidoff's clients and since the day he hired Davidoff to oversee the case from the previous attorney. Everything changed instantly. He was hired because the other attorney didn't do his dugilence but Davidoff did his dugilence from the very beginning. Mr Davidoff stepped in and fixed the entire case. I was told in life it doesn’t matter how a relationship started but how it ended. Not sure how those good reviews came from, hopefully they’re not fake. If they’re good, they don’t need to advertise on the back of city buses. They would be busy getting referrals. Unfortunately, I saw the ad behind a bus and tried them. It started with hope but ended ugly. “Getting physical”? Are you kidding me? A major partner at a law firm bearing his name need threatening people? Wow I had two cases with them. One ended with total failure- no progress after more than a year and even can’t find the right party to sue. (They sued the wrong person) The other one seems to stagnate and drag on forever. They didn’t tell you anything. First, because they don’t know. Second, because they try to be deliberately vague and maximize their best interests, not you. Third, that’s probably the reason they don’t communicate, no straight talk. Ruben Davidoff keeps saying “respect” when he doesn’t really do that. He’s pretending to be busy and making you feel trivial. Trust me, you’re not. You can tell that by the difference of “before and after” they sign the agreement with you. He has all the quintessential attributes of a lawyer that people would hate for the legal profession. Regarding the whole firm, all I can say is totally inefficient and pretty dumb. Phone calls not returned. They would pick up the phone again after putting you on hold and ask who you are repeatedly. You feel like talking to an idiot. It’s a matter of time how long can this law firm be existed. If they can get only first time clients and not referrals like most other personal injury law firms. Those people will soon realize this law firm is a fake and incapable of achievements, like a dog without teeth and can’t bite. They will all leave for other firms. Since personal injury firm don’t take upfront payments, ultimately they will run out of business and thus unsustainable. After all, you can fool some of the people some of the time, you can’t fool all of the people all of the time. Isn’t it? Update: Wow, a law firm owner on TikTok to promote his company. Can’t get enough business? No referrals? Or just forever hungry? Also on X, except no audience there. 😂 Not surprisingly, Facebook and Instagram, too. Update: Due to some reason, I stayed. There’s a good guy here named Mark. Somehow, he helped me at a critical juncture. A few good men!
