After many years of procrastinating my wife and I decided to have Mr. Stern do our wills. It was as easy as picking up the phone and calling these lawyers. Mr. Stern was cordial and accommodating we felt like we were in the hands of a family friend rather than a lawyer. These lawyers spent as much time with us as needed, listening to our concerns and in the end drafting the documents that were perfect for our needs. My wife and I left their office one hour later reassured knowing that we will never have to think about this again. So happy we found these attorneys!!!!!!

Jason and his firm helped my family with an important estate issue. Jason and Matt were nothing less than knowledgeable and professional and exceeded any expectations we had of what a lawyer should be. These attorneys made us feel like we mattered and that our case was just as important to them as our attorneys as it was to us. I was highly recommended Jason Stern from a colleague and hired him to contest a family will. I was left out of a modified will, which was unexpected and emotional. Jason and his partner worked diligently to obtain the evidence needed to invalidate the fraudulent current will. He worked in a timely manner to prevent the will from being probated in court. Throughout the will contest process he was confident and worked aggressively to overturn this will which I know is not easy to do. Jason is very talented, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me obtain justice and win my case, and for that I am grateful.

I unfortunately was involved in a dispute that was fueled by the maliciousness of a claims manager of a large insurance company whom for months refused to compensate my family for claims that was rightfully and legally ours. It was an emotionally painful experience especially after the death of a loved one. I was told by so many people how heartless and unprofessional the company was and said I should go to the news networks to share my story. Instead I decided to inquire of my rights and find a lawyer who specializes in these disputes and with one phone call I was advised and consoled by Jason Stern. I met with him shortly thereafter and he told me my rights and was a comfort to talk to and I felt so relieved after meeting him. It was not just legal advice but it was his caring and looking out for the small person who had no voice or in my case had a voice but was treated with disrespect in a time of bereavement. I met with Jason Stern a second time bringing him documents he requested and the next day he immediately sent out a letter to the insurance company and it was encouraging that someone was fighting on my behalf. To my surprise, within a few days Jason received a response from the opposing attorney of this insurance company who apologize for the behavior of its representatives and was looking into the matter. I was under the impression that looking into this matter would take few months to a year but I received a text from Jason in a few days saying "The check is here". There are no words to explain the joy I felt that day and more importantly there are no words that will express my gratitude to Jason. Even after I received the judgment Jason has still been instrumental in my financial and legal decisions above and beyond what was required. Within the course of a couple of weeks a legal case that was previously taking months going into a year was quickly resolved. Not only have I found a great attorney that fights for his clients but I have found a great friend who truly cares for people.
