Poor communication. Poor legal advice in regards to my accident case and then when I tried to switch to a new lawyer, they filed a lawsuit on my behalf after receiving the change of lawyer request. They dragged this out for almost 3 months. I had to go to their Brooklyn office to rectify the issue and get them to honor my request for my new lawyer.
