Get yourself another attorney

Everyone situation is different tickets charges judge cop borough etc.So everyone outcome will be different.Myself on February 5 2019 i got pulled over in Queens i received 4 traffic violations tickets.They were very serious charges and if found guilty 11 points on my record and license suspension. I hired Mr Gellman at a very reasonable fee.He got my hearing post poned a few times.On March 18 2022 Mr Gellman did the unbelievable he got all 4 tickets dismissed.By the grace of GOD and Mr Gellman i can put this nightmare behind me he is highly recommended. Thank you. Mr Gellman.

Horrible experience, I was not updated with anything, I probably could have represented myself better. Staff is oblivious to information or questions related to traffic tickets. If there was an option for no stars I would give them no stars.

I hired her to fight my speeding ticket. After trial, she told me they found me guilty but she had the fine lowered and the points on the ticket will not count on my license because they are too old. She lied because she did not have my fine lowered. The fine I was charged was the same fine listed on the DMV website if I were to change my plea to guilty the night before the hearing. Once I brought this to her attention she had the audacity to tell me "No, you just didn't get a higher fine which could have happened as well." That's a complete lie by the way. The judge either finds you guilty or not guilty on a speeding ticket 11-20 over speed limit. In addition, when I first showed her the ticket, she did not mention anything about the points not being valid on the license still even if proven guilty because she was just looking for some extra money. She is unprofessional and uninformative. Only thing she did was charge me an extra $250 not to show my face in the court room. Word of advice - change the plea to guilty online and just pay little fee instead of wasting money for her services, find a different lawyer, or fight the ticket yourself.

They even don't try to either reduce point or anything. My No turn fine was $150, and the firm charged $150 fee. So it cost me $300 for $150 plus point. It was way better to fight myself then them, cause I even don't know if they fight it or not. So imbarassing and sad. Not satisfied a bit.

The office of Jay Gellman is highly professional. I had serious case and it was handle without points. As per my experience I recommend paying the service balance on time so there’s is no reason to have to call the lawyer. I understand that lawyers are extremely occupied on their priorities and they will reply at their convenience. Thank you !

I Would recommend this office 100%. They helped me get 5 out of 9 tickets dismissed and the rest were reduced to parking violations. Very professional.

Worst experience Trying to actually talk to a lawyer is almost impossible . You are mostly going to deal with the assistant. They only contact you when the case is over and they always lose 3 out of 3 they lost . They never tell you important details like if your license is going to be suspended only to pay the fines . Would not recommend them for your traffic court needs find someone else or go to the court date yourself
