Seth Rosenfeld was a great attorney , at first i was a bit skeptical due to ill reviews but I addressed them with Mr Rosenfeld letting him know it had me a bit concerned and he did great at reassuring me on the topics. He helped us move stubborn tenants who were refusing to leave our household out in less than 90 days. I am 100% satisfied with my outcome hiring Mr Rosenfeld and would very much recommend when having tenant/owner conflicts. All the negative reviews definitely are a stretch and unreliable. I would say focus on the positive ones. 10/10 Thank you again Mr Rosenfeld and his team!

It took them some years but they got my 6 point case dismissed

My case was eventually resolved but not without a lot of stress - mostly caused by Seth and his office. He didn't file the necessary paperwork on time and I kept calling him and his office for 2 months. Every time I would call him (if he picked up), he would tell me to call the office. Every time I would call the office, they would tell me they would contact Seth and never got back to me. This entire saga went on for 2 months. Seeing other reviews make similar comments as mine, it appears this is a long standing issue with no resolution in sight. Honestly, his entire office is in disarray and I wouldn't hire him again in the future.

Mr. Shafi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my green card application. He guided me through the entire process and made it much easier. Thanks to his help, I received a 10-year green card. I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with immigration.
