Mr. Rosenfeld was vey helpful. He took the time to explain the entire eviction process. Since our tenant moved out prior to obtaining a court date, Mr. Rosenfeld returned part of the retainer even though he didn’t have to.

Horrible lawyer. Never returns phone calls, Never did what we asked. Fired him and going to try and get court to give money back. Huge waste of our time, life, and money. Also lies abour what he says and doesnt say!

My family and I hired Seth in September 2019 to evict our holdover and nuisance tenant. Everything was going well until the pandemic came. With that, the courts closed, and got backlogged. The laws changed every 3-4 months. Seth did every single thing correctly. My tenant also opened frivolous HPD cases against us during the eviction case and Seth was also able to handle those as well. Every time we were close to executing our warrant (the marshal even showed up at one point), a new law came out that protected the tenant (i.e., a hardship declaration). Seth, recognizing how bad our tenant was, put motions in place to challenge everything. Seth is an attorney who really knows the housing court, tenant-landlord laws, and how best to navigate the system. He is a professional. If I had to critique one thing, it would be communication, as he is quite busy and can be hard to get in contact with at times. But thats the thing about people who are good at what they do - they are kept busy! Thank you Seth for seeing our case through. We were finally able to evict about 3 weeks after the moratorium ended in Jan 2022.
