Randy Alpert saved me from a 5 point Cellphone ticket. My husband honestly would have done a better job at representing himself. The lawyers for Rochdale Village , Inc ran circles around this guy, cut him to ribbons he was totally out of his depth with so little knowledge concerning Mitchell -Lama rules/laws. It was so bad that he even had the judge threatening criminal charges against my husband before court was even in session. My husband would have gotten more results had to took the $1500 retainer and threw out of his car window on Queens blvd After that fiasco and seeing what it cost my husband in stress, grief, money and time. I would not have this guy represent me in traffic court. PERIOD.
